With freshly renewed self-confidence, Kiefer Racing and Lukas Tulovic are eagerly awaiting this weekend’s British round.

Lukas Tulovic has digested well the disappointing race weekend in Austria. At the season’s round twelve this weekend in England, the 19-year-old World Championship newcomer targets to return to his normal level of performance. Tulovic has shown an attractive performance in previous races on unknown tracks for him. Silverstone is a new territory for him too.

The Silverstone Circuit, "Home of British Racing", in the county of Northamptonshire is the longest circuit on the current calendar at 5,900 metres. Due to the time difference with one hour to Central Europe, the time schedule for race day sees a significant change with Moto2™ race will only start at 15:30 CET this time.

#3 Lukas TULOVIC (Kiefer Racing, KTM Moto2):

"I'm already looking forward to my first race in England. Although it is still summer, we were welcomed by some fresh and windy weather. But according to the forecast it should remain dry the all weekend long. However, I’ve heard a lot about the changeable weather which is typical for England. Therefore, I don't want to rely 100 percent on this forecast. Silverstone is the longest track of the year. After the first inspection, cycling around the circuit, the track’s layout looks very demanding. Up to the back straight it has a very fast and flowing first part, followed by long corners, a tight chicane and at the end two tight left turns."

"One lap of 5.9 kilometres is really challenging. But the races this season, where I didn't know the track before, weren't so bad at the end of the weekend. That's why I'm confident for my debut race at Silverstone. I'm happy to be able to continue working with my team and to swinging my leg over the KTM machine again. During the break after Austria I managed to reset all switches well. I’m therefore feeling ready to attack with a free head again."
